This was a wonderful stay. My gf and I stayed for 1 month and was sad to leave but had other appointments in Mexico City. We are already thinking about returning to Tulum in a few weeks and staying at one of Carlos’s property. We would highly recommend. There were a few adjustments to the apartment which we needed and Carlos and his team promptly attended to these. Erik is the liaison and the one who physically responds to any requests you may have. He is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and readily available if the need arises. He also speaks English which was very helpful with our limited Spanish vocabulary. It was a pleasure working with him. This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was well laid out and spacious . We never felt as though we didn’t have enough space in the apartment to move around. The security guard at night (Russel) as well as the maintenance guy (Jorge) during the day, are both very polite. Stay here, you will not regret. For us, it was a home away from home.
