La propiedad es excelente. Los únicos detalles a considerar es el ruido de la calle, lo cual no es culpa del propietario, los apagones, que tampoco lo son y el olor del desagüe.

The place is brand new, the pool is nice and shaded and the complex has good security so you can rent a bike safely. Carlos is helpful with tips, taxis and other things. Location is a 5 minute ride from all the shops and cafes so it's well located.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Roads are a little loud and drain is a bit smelly
