**Additional Rules** Parties are not allowed on this property. If you plan to have guests, we kindly request that you register them. If the number of people exceeds the allowed capacity of the rented unit, an additional daily fee of $60 USD will be charged. If unregistered guests are found entering the property, a penalty of $100 USD per day will be imposed. It is important to respect the rest and quiet hours of other guests and neighbors. The Puerto Aventuras condominium requires that from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., loud music is not played in common areas, and gatherings remain considerate to avoid disturbances. If any complaints are received from neighbors or guests, an initial polite warning will be issued. If the complaint persists, a penalty of $1,000 USD will be imposed on the guest. Should further complaints occur, guests will be asked to leave the property in a polite manner. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If anyone is caught smoking, a fine of $300 USD per night will be imposed. Pets are not allowed on the property. If a pet is discovered, a penalty of $300 USD will be imposed, and guests may be asked to leave the property without a refund. However, this does not apply to service animals, but prior notification is required along with the following documentation: Vaccination record, health certificate, SAGARPA/SENASICA zoosanitary certificate, psychiatric letter, and license. Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Guests may request early check-in at an additional cost of 50% of the daily rate. If there are no guests the previous night, early check-in without additional cost can be considered. Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. There is a maximum grace period of 30 minutes; after that, 50% of the daily rate will be charged. Guests may request a complimentary late check-out the day before, but we reserve the right to allow it based on availability. A $100 USD fee per shift applies for the use of external chefs or massage therapists. Any illegal activities, including drug use, human trafficking, or kidnapping, are strictly prohibited. If discovered, guests will be reported to the authorities. At least one person must be of legal age to rent the apartment. Minors without supervision are not allowed to rent the units. If you make a reservation for someone else, the person who made the booking is responsible for any damages and ensuring compliance with the rules. In the event of any damage to the property—such as stains on sheets, broken furniture, or dishes—the guest will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair. A photograph of the damage and the amount due will be provided. Guests are encouraged to report any incidents to avoid issues.
